Mike and crew at TS Lead, I want to apologize to all the people that I rubbed the wrong way. I did not listen to the recordings that were on the emails until now because I thought they were a copy of the email. You did your jobs and when I could not get anyone to answer their door or their telephone; I assumed that this was a scam. The recordings prove that the client did ok the appointment. From this experience, I would suggest that if a client give you trouble make sure they have listened to the recordings. If you will forgive me, I would be glad to go ahead and get the balance of the appts/leads I purchased.

The amount of new leads in the data base of TSL is simply amazing. Every time I call them they have large and fresh leads of people who may be in need of Medigap plans. I am also using their appointments to sell Final Expense and Long Terms plans which help me maintain a 60% closing ratio.
