Medicare Leads Order Process

First of all we have to be sure that your desired territory is still available to you. First, you have to complete "Territory Review". Link is placed on the top right corner of this page.

After we receive your "Territory Review" form we will check if the territory is available for you. Our Account Manager will contact you as soon as results are available. Once your payment is received we will start the appointment setting process.

You will receive the first set of pre-set appointments within the next 5 to 7 working days for your first order and up to 48-72 hours for repeat orders by the email from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM Central Time within 12 to 48 hours before appointments time.

To secure your order request for the following week even repeat customers need to complete order payment by Wednesday 3:00 PM Central Time. Completed order payments after Wednesday 3:00 PM will guarantee 1st set of preset appointments by Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.

Appointments will be set for you or your agents for the next day or the day after your order is placed to our phone room. Note: We DO NOT preset appointments more then two days in advance.

TSL will do our best to preset appointments for you or your agents for the day in the same zip code or close by so they don't have to travel all over town.

Appointments will be preset between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM within 1 hour apart, you even will be able to customize your own hours and days to work!

VERY IMPORTANT!

You MUST double check your order prior to making a payment. Your order summary must include the following information:

1. Days and time you would like to run your appointments
2. The amount of appointments to be set per day
3. The desired territory you would like to work in


Once your order is confirmed with payment you can not make any changes to the territory you previously requested. If you have to change your desired territory after your order is confirmed (payment received), you will be charged an additional fee of $250.00, however, you must provide 48 hours advance notice.
